JERZ442 Return & Refund Policy Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Our Commitment

At Jerz442, every shirt is 100% authentic and carefully inspected before shipment. Because of this careful inspection process, we hold a strict all-sales-final policy, with one exception: undisclosed defects.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, often limited-availability new and vintage football jerseys, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Vintage wear that was disclosed in the product description
  • Any reason other than an undisclosed defect (see Section 3)

We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide and the full product description and photos before ordering, since standard returns and exchanges are not available.

3. Exception: Undisclosed Defects

If you receive an item with a defect or damage from its stated description or photos that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligible cases include:

  • A manufacturing defect not mentioned in the product listing
  • Damage that occurred in transit
  • An item that is materially different from what was described or photographed
  • The wrong item shipped entirely

Not eligible:

  • Sizing issues, if the item received matches the size ordered
  • Normal wear consistent with a vintage item's disclosed condition
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Damage caused by customer handling after delivery
  • Mystery Box contents, even if a defect is claimed

4. How to Report an Undisclosed Defect

  • Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@jerz442.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • Step 2 — Our team reviews claims within 2-3 business days.
  • Step 3 — If approved, we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is free for approved defect claims.
  • Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

5. Refunds (When Approved)

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • We cover return shipping costs for approved defect claims only

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Jerz442 is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. If you believe you have received an inauthentic item, contact us immediately at contact@jerz442.com. We take authenticity claims very seriously and will investigate promptly, with a full refund if the claim is substantiated.
